For Business Providers (Service Providers)

- Profile description
- Phone number and WhatsApp number
- Sample work images uploaded to the profile

- IP address and device identifiers
- App interaction data (pages viewed, searches performed)
- Crash reports and performance data
Note: We do not collect precise GPS location. City-level location is selected manually by users.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Display service provider profiles to users searching for help
- Enable users to contact providers via WhatsApp
- Publish and moderate reviews and ratings
- Improve app performance, fix bugs, and enhance user experience
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms
- Send important service-related notifications
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting outside the Ossos platform.

- Other users: Service provider profiles (name, city, work field, phone/WhatsApp, photos, reviews) are visible to all app users by design.

We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. User-Generated Content & Reviews
When you submit a review, rating, or photo on Ossos:
- Your content may be reviewed by our moderation team before being published.
- Content that violates our community guidelines may be removed.
- Published reviews are visible to all users of the platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring that images you upload do not contain personal data of others without their consent.
6. WhatsApp Communication
Ossos facilitates contact between users and service providers via WhatsApp. When you initiate WhatsApp contact:
- The communication happens directly between you and the service provider via WhatsApp.
- Ossos does not have access to, store, or monitor your WhatsApp messages.
- WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms apply to that communication.
Service providers' WhatsApp numbers are displayed publicly on their profiles as they have consented to this when registering.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account:
- Your profile and personal data will be removed from public view within 30 days.
- Some data may be retained for up to 90 days for backup, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes before permanent deletion.
- Reviews associated with your account may be anonymised rather than deleted.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data via your profile settings
- Delete your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent at any time (this may affect your ability to use certain features)
